Ive lost them after a certain amount gained. The only reason is because they are purposely trying to demote you and promote others. Thry mentioned to me on the support ticket that there was suspicious engagement activity, they never explained what. They then said to clear my cache which sometimes worked. I think they categorize you and try to get rid of you.
